The Home Selling process

1. The Intro

To get the process started, we’ll take a tour of your home and discuss your goals. We’ll also establish a list of enhancements to implement before we market your home. I’ll then take all of this information and put together a listing presentation with suggested listing goals.

2. The Preparations

The fun part begins! I’ll work through exactly what is needed to get your property the best price possible. I will personally be involved in every stage of preparing your home for showing. I even have a collection of staging items to make your home even more marketable.

3. The Listing

Sit back and relax, or go and do something fun (on me!) I’ll take care of staging, photography, videography and listing… everything we need to get your house ready for market, and standing out above the competition.

4. The Showing

From open homes to private showings, we’ll make it easy to accept and reschedule via the app ‘Showing Time!’ Communication and collaboration drives this process… I can assure you that you’ll be kept in the loop and updated frequently as soon as I receive feedback from showings.

5. The Offer

Together, we’ll review and discuss the offers, navigating the various terms and conditions. I don’t do this solo. I work closely with my brokerage team and personal mentors to ensure that I am giving you the best advice possible when it comes to choosing the right buyer. I’ll also represent you in any necessary negotiations.

6. The Sale

We’ve reached the most important part of the process... THE SALE! I’ll work closely with the buyer’s agent and lender as well as our title and escrow team to ensure we meet all key milestones. I know that this stage can induce some angst, but I’ll make sure to keep you posted and relieve any anxiety along the way.

7. The Closing

We’ve done it! Closing occurs when you officially sign the house over to the new owner. But don’t worry, I won’t love you and leave you. By this point, we’ll probably be besties and I’ll be helping you pack over a cup of tea (or a champas - your choice!)
