The Home Buying process

1. The Hunting

This is where the search for your dream home begins. I’ll research and review properties using a range of handy resources until I find one that ticks your boxes. I’ll then be at the ready for showings and inspections. This process can be super speedy or slow and steady… but no matter what, we won’t stop until we find what you’re looking for.

2. The Offer

I only ever work with 2-3 clients at one time. This means you will get ultra-personalized service, swift communication and around-the-clock support. Send me a text? I’ll hit you back ASAP. Need to see a house at the last minute? I’ll get you scheduled for the first available showing that works for you.

3. The Contract

Cue the confetti and do a little happy dance to celebrate, because the owner has officially accepted your offer! As soon as this happens, we’ll get to work on the details - including key dates and contingencies.

4. The Inspections

An inspection is the safest way to ensure this property is right for you, so there’s no point in waiting around to get one! After an accepted offer is received I’ll send you a list of a list of vendor recommendations and we’ll get you setting it up right away.

5. The Close

We’re nearly there… you’ll just need to bring your downpayment and your proof of identity to the closing. This is a big milestone, and I won’t let it go by subtly. You can expect a homeowner packet, a thoughtful gift, a fun little photoshoot and a meal to celebrate - all on me.

6. The Move

It’s time to move in and start making memories! By this point, I probably consider you a BFF, so please let me know if you would like some help unpacking over a cup of tea (or bottle of champs - your choice).
